Warranty Policy
MagLink Warranty Policy
We offer a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
(This is customary for accessories and aligns with Starlink accessory standards in the U.S.)
*What's Covered:*
Any defect in materials or workmanship, such as cracks, deformities, faulty magnets, or missing parts—excluding damage caused by the user or external factors.
*What's Not Covered:*
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to extreme conditions
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading or minor abrasions)
Warranty Type
This is a limited warranty—disclaims implied warranties beyond the coverage period and limits the remedy to repair or replacement, not refund.
Consumer Remedies
Under this warranty, if your MagLink case fails due to manufacturer defect, you can choose to have it repaired or receive a replacement at no additional cost.
How to File a Claim:
- Contact us at info@maglinkmounts.com within 12 months of purchase.
- Provide your proof of purchase and clear photos or video of the defect.
- If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item.
- Receive the replacement or repaired item within 30 days of our receipt.
- Effect of Repair or Replacement
Any repaired or replaced case is warranted for either 90 days after service, or the remainder of the original 12-month period, whichever is longer.
- Limitation of Liability
MagLink’s liability is limited strictly to the case itself; we’re not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
No implied warranties beyond this written policy (e.g., merchantability or fitness) extend beyond the 12-month warranty term.
- State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under state law. No limitation valid where prohibited by law.
