1. About Maglink Products

Maglink Magnetic Mount Cases are custom-designed mounts intended for securing Starlink Gen 3 and Mini devices in place using strong magnetic bases. Our products are aftermarket accessories and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Starlink, SpaceX, or any of their subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

Our mounting cases are designed to enhance installation convenience in specific use cases (e.g., temporary mounting, vehicle setups, off-grid use). Misuse of the product or failure to install it properly may result in damage or performance issues. By purchasing, you agree to use the product at your own risk and understand that improper use may void your Starlink warranty.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, mispricing, or fulfillment limitations. Full payment is required at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. and internationally (where applicable). Delivery times vary and are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. See our Return Policy for full details.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Site or products:

• To misrepresent your affiliation with Starlink or SpaceX
